Round 4 of the 2023 Formula Drift was one to remember! We watched as Adam LZ gained his first formula Drift win behind the wheel of his 2023 RTR Vehicles Ford Mustang RTR
Spec 5-FD. As the bracket fell into place following the Top 32 battles of
Saturday, it became clear that RTR matchups were in the works. Going into the
Top 16 Chelsea and Adam would face off in the first RTR battle of the night.
After a heated run, Adam would take the win and advance on to the Great 8.
James threw down in the Top 16 and Great 8 winning his battles, which would
lead to another RTR battle in the Final 4 where Adam would advance once again.
The round finished off with a OMT between Adam and Simon Olsen where ultimately
LZ would take the win unanimously. Chelsea would leave the round tied for 2nd
in championship points with James at 4th with Adam jumping up to 13th. 
The team returns to action July 13 for Formula Drift St. Louis. 

Team RTR has landed in Englishtown, NJ for the fourth round of the
2023 Formula Drift season. Both James and Adam kicked off qualifying strong
landing in the Top 16; James in 7th and Adam 11th. Chelsea would incomplete in
his initial qualifying run and be forced to run again in the Knockout
Qualifying format where he would secure his spot for Saturday with a more
conservative run. In the Top 32 James will face Nick Noback, Adam with Mike
Power, and Chelsea against Dan Stuke as RTR seeks their third win in a row.
